How are my new discs packaged?

Collections over 10 discs (DVD or CD) are packaged in a zippered case which holds your entire collection in protective sleeves for easy access and mobility. Smaller collections are packaged in slim jewel cases, with each DVD or CD in its own case for easy access and convenient storage.

How are my memorabilia and collection handled?

Unlike other conversion service bureaus, we offer an accessible and personalized service that ensures your treasured assets are kept safe during processing, from start to finish. Your memories are returned to you as the highest-quality digital entertainment.  

We personally handle your memorabilia (videotape, photographs or recordings), and process them in-house so they are always safe with us. Upon completion, we provide personally handle delivery of your new DVDs or CDs along with your original memorabilia.
