Our Residential Real Estate Digital Imaging Service will capture the necessary home photos, provide them quickly for online distribution, and even create a special Captivimage Photoshow DVD containing those captivating home photos to play at open houses or to send to prospective buyers.
Both Standard and Premium Home Photos Packages include the following :
- Twelve (12) essential professional digital photos for MLS listing. Digital photos e-mailed or uploaded to your specified destination.
- On-site photography under two hours to minimize imposition.
- Additional digital photos for larger homes available on a per photo basis.
- Eight (8) extra digital photos for more choice and completeness, e-mailed or uploaded to your specified destination .
- One (1) Captivimage Photoshow DVD that creates a full-screen, cross-dissolving video presentation with background music, labelled with the home address and listing realtor for improved media marketing.
(Make sure the latest Windows Media Player is installed)
- Additional copies of the Photoshow DVD available on a per DVD basis.
Our package pricings makes it simple :

- Premium Home Photos Package = $300.
- Additional photos (for larger homes or more choice) = $20 each.
